Location
Where we are
Cheltenham as a centre offers a combination of good communications, varied shopping and leisure facilities and an appealing lifestyle. With the added benefits of the nearby Cotswolds with their attractive towns and villages, it combines all the ingredients that have attracted a healthy and diverse business community.
Good road and rail communication have helped to ensure Cheltenham’s success as a commercial hub. The M5 (Junctions 10, 11 and 11a) is just 4.8km / 3 miles away linking Birmingham and the West Midlands with Bristol and the South West. There are regular rail services to London Paddington via Gloucester, plus regular services to Birmingham and Bristol.
St James Square was conceived in the 1880s to rival the Regency splendour of nearby Royal Well. Lord Tennyson’s house stands next to St Gregory's Church and opposite St James House.
The square is just 5 minutes walk from Cheltenham’s famous Promenade and less than 10 minutes from Montpellier.
